1. KAY

A bold name for a smooth drink with great character. KAY invites the world to this delightful drink called Sake, but in a very different way than you might be used to. 

2. Junmai

This indicates KAY is made of the purest rice, harvested in the Niigata region of Japan. We polish away more than 40% of the rice grain, to reach the purest quality and flavours in the heart of the rice.

3. Our emblem

It represents our positive energy and celebrates the spirit of a new beginning. 

4. Clouds

KAY was designed by renowned Dutch desiger Marcel Wanders. Did you spot the K's in the label background? They represent the purity of KAY, also the label reminds us of the beautiful clouds in Japan. 

5. Less Alcohol

KAY has a wonderful flavour and aroma, however with 15% alcohol, which is much lower than 40% in most spirits.  

6. Niigata prefecture

KAY is from the Niigata region, which is known as one of the best and most well known regions for Sake production in Japan.

7. Flavour

Discover the soft and rich flavours of KAY: fruity, crisp and a touch of umami. Well suited for many occasions and serves.

8. Serves

We recommend enjoying KAY served straight, On the rocks, as a Martini or a Sake & Soda. Add a lime wedge to enhance flavours.
